Tom dedicated 31 years plus of service as Procurement Professional to the City of Longmont and Colorado APEX as Procurement Counselor for over 13 years. He is a lifetime member of NIGP, holds lifetime CPPB Certification, and is a Level III Certified Contracting Assistance Specialist (CCAS) and Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) Certified by The Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers, (APTAC).
