On September 15th -- EMJ Metals and RM/NTMA is hosting a BBQ for area businesses alongside of EBITDA Growth Systems (EGS). 

EGS is very passionate about helping area shops grow their profitability as well as their value. After we eat together EGS will have a small presentation on how to build profits, and how to build the value of your business.  

We at EMJ, RMTMA, and EGS care about you obtaining the reward for your hard work. 

From our vantage point, profit is the reward that one should expect for taking on an entrepreneurial risk. Value comes in many forms. In fact, it is up to the business owner to determine what value looks like for their company, for their families and for their employees. 

If profit is the oxygen to sustain the business, then value is the reason for having the business at all. So, focus on the true north of building value, and profits will follow you in the pursuit of your American dream.
